GrowingWeb's president, Jeff Gore, and our new
Southeast region sales manager, Tim Lewis, spent a
great couple of days in Charlotte, NC, talking to
many churches about their current websites and
their future website needs. We met people
from all over the eastern United States and the
Caribbean. We would like to thank everyone
who stopped by our booth, especially those who
took our York Peppermint Patties so we wouldn't
have to take them home. We would also like
to thank Barry, Kevin, Theresa and the whole
Technology for
Worship staff for doing such a great job with
the show.
The show was held in beautiful downtown Charlotte.
Many talented musicians performed here throughout
the day.

More than 65% of households have Internet connections and these are increasingly using the Web to search for information over other more traditional sources. Some churches are seeing such positive results from their web presence they have been able to decrease Yellow Pages spending.
